What size tent do I need?

That depends on your guest count and event layout (e.g., seated dinner, cocktail party, dance floor). We’ll help you choose the right size during your quote process.

Do you offer setup and takedown?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown after your event.

What surfaces can you install tents on?

We can install on grass, pavement, and even over decks. Let us know your site conditions and we’ll plan accordingly.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Poughkeepsie, NY and serve the surrounding areas. Reach out with your location and we’ll confirm availability.

Do you charge a delivery fee?


Delivery is free to Poughkeepsie, Lagrange, and Pleasant Valley. For events outside of those areas a delivery fee will apply based on distance and setup requirements. This fee will be clearly included in your quote so there are no surprises.

Do I need a permit?

Some municipalities require permits for tents over a certain size. We’ll help determine if one is needed and guide you through the process.

What happens if it rains?

Our tents are 100% waterproof. We also offer sidewalls, flooring, and heaters to keep your event comfortable in any weather.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit may be required depending on the scope of your order.
